To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages) with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item (if applicable)

20-Day Return Policy (Product Not Working as Expected)

If your product is not functioning as intended, you may request a return or refund within 20 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Photos or a short video showing the issue, if possible

We may first offer troubleshooting steps or a replacement before issuing a refund.

Refund Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.

  • Return requests submitted after the applicable return period.

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
